Room Options and Packages

All our stunning en-suite rooms have king-size beds with the flexibility in some rooms for fabulously comfortable twin bed options. All rooms include a delicious full Lancashire breakfast when booked directly.

Main House

Room 1 – Luxury Suite – Double or Twin
Finished to the highest standards, our spacious luxury suite has a separate stunning bedroom and relaxing lounge area. The bedroom leads onto a beautiful Italian marble en-suite wet room. Occupied as either a twin or a super king size double the suite includes a delicious welcoming hospitality tray.

Room 2 – Executive Double
This spacious room located at the back of the property features an indulgent super king size bed with comfortable topper. The room features a welcoming hospitality tray and smart T.V. From the bedroom steps lead down to the en-suite wet room, complete with Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 3 – Luxury Double
This relaxing room is located at the front of the property and features an extremely comfortable super king size bed with indulgent topper, a smart T.V and welcoming hospitality tray. The en-suite wet room is tiled in the finest Italian marble.

Room 4 – Luxury Double
Located at the front of the building this room has a fantastic view of Dalton Square and features a king size bed with luxurious topper. The room also includes a welcoming hospitality tray and dressing table. The Italian marble wet-room features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 5 – Executive Double with Bath
This room features an incredibly comfortable super king size bed and welcoming hospitality tray. This is one of only two rooms to have a free standing bath as well as a separate shower. Bath house toiletries and bath salts are provided.

Room 6 – Luxury Double
This bright room located at the back of the building features an indulgent super king size bed and dressing table with hospitality tray. The room has an Italian marble wet room which includes toiletries from The Bath House, Cumbria.

Room 7 – Executive Double
This spacious room features a super king size bed with indulgent topper. The room also includes a welcoming hospitality tray. The wet-room is tiled in Italian marble and features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 8 – Executive Double or Twin
Our most spacious and most popular room features a super king size bed with comfortable topper. The room can either be set up as a double or twin room. The room features a welcoming hospitality tray, smart TV and dressing table. The en-suite wet room is tiled in Italian Marble and features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 9 – Luxury Double or Twin
Able to be configured as either a double or twin room this room has a super king size bed, hospitality tray and smart TV. The en-suite wet room includes Bath House toiletries. This room is at the back of the building and has a view of Ashton Memorial and Lancaster Cathedral.

Town House

Room 10 – Townhouse Luxury Suite Double
This beautiful room at the rear of the Borough features an indulgent super king size bed, dressing table with hospitality tray, a TV, and a separate outside space with garden chairs. The room has an Italian marble wet room which includes toiletries from The Bath House, Cumbria.

Room 11 – Executive Double or Twin
Able to be configured as either a double or twin room this room has a super king size bed, hospitality tray and a TV. The en-suite wet room includes Bath House toiletries.

Able to be configured as either a double or twin room this room has a super king size bed, hospitality tray and a TV. The en-suite wet room includes Bath House toiletries.

Coach House

Room 14 – Accessible Deluxe Double or Twin
As our only fully accessible room, Room 14 can be configured as either a double or a twin. It features it’s own entrance with a super king sized bed, smart TV, fully accessible en-suite with luxurious Bath House toiletries.

Room 15 – Deluxe Double or Twin with Bath
This spacious room features a super king size bed with indulgent topper. The room also includes a show stopping free-standing bath, smart TV and welcoming hospitality tray. The wet-room is tiled in Italian marble and features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.
