Cancellation Policy

A credit or debit card will be needed to book your room and full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Should you need to cancel your room up to 7 days before the arrival date then a full refund will be given.

If you wish to cancel 3-7 days before the arrival date and no alternative date can be arranged then 50% of the full price will be refunded.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date and we can’t find an alternative date or in the case of a no show then the full amount paid will be retained by the hotel.
